Nilam is a senior program support associate for the Education Program. The Foundation's Education Program supports all children in finding their unique path to a life of opportunity and purpose.

Before joining the foundation, she completed a year of service with City Year through AmeriCorps in Washington, D.C., sparking her interest in educational nonprofits.

Nilam received a B.A. in chemistry with a minor in Asian studies from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
