Wiselene "Wizzy" Dorceus
Wiselene "Wizzy" Dorceus is an officer for the Strategy, Learning and Evaluation department supporting the Home Region Program. In her role, she assists program staff in measuring and understanding the impact of foundation investments to support learning and decision-making.
Before joining the foundation, Wiselene served as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning specialist with DAI, USAID and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Wiselene began her career at Nielsen as an Emerging Leader Associate and a product marketing associate manger.
Wiselene has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and International Studies, with a minor in French, from Denison University, where she attended as a Posse Scholar, and completed her Master of Policy Management at Georgetown’s McCourt School of public policy as a National Urban Fellow. She also completed a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Fellowship at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
