To construct continuous, connected complete street facilities for all modes of transportation along 13th Street and West Poplar Street in the City of Rogers
To support continuity programming and operations, as well as one-time support to launch the first phase of a data mapping project to better understand equitablility of access to arts in the region's schools
To support efforts to (1) convene stakeholders across the NWA community for important conversations about the region, and (2) support economic development to combat community deterioration and to lessen prejudice and discrimination against underserved communities
