To create the Delta College Attainment Network (DCAN), a partnership with the Helena-West Helena and Cross County School District designed to provide college access and degree completion support to over 4,800 students and alumni in the Delta Region through individual advising, family/community engagement, college and leadership experiences, and post-secondary support.
