To redesign and launch a pre-service institute called Regional Delta Institute (RDI) for new corps members (CM) in five TFA regions, as well as implementation of ongoing professional development for various cohorts (TFA alumni and non-TFA CM) in the Home Region of the Arkansas/Mississippi Delta.
