Design Firm: Field Operations

Grantee: Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission

The Razorback Greenway, a 40-mile trail system in Northwest Arkansas, stands as a world-class example of pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, seamlessly connecting seven cities and fostering economic growth and community connectivity. The Razorback Greenway Corridor Plan aims to build upon this success, envisioning a comprehensive, long-range plan created with input from the cities the Greenway traverses. This initiative seeks to propel Northwest Arkansas forward by encouraging a transportation mode shift and strategic land use planning along the Greenway. It aims, with extensive community engagement, to enhance all residents' quality of life through green spaces, recreational amenities, accessible housing, improved environmental sustainability, and economic development opportunities.
